Healthy Snacks Challenge

I’ve been seeing all these great challenges lately, which makes me think — I have to do a challenge, but for healthy snacks because gosh darn it, my kids and I neeeeeed it.

Everyday, my kids come home from school and they’re like ravenous wild animals. They raid the kitchen cupboards and fridge, looking for something to snack on, which usually ends up being all the junk food in the house.

So, I’ve decided to put my foot down, and do something about it.

Join me for the month of October where I will be featuring fun, easy and healthy snacks for the whole family on my blog and social media.

What are healthy snacks? They are:

  • made with natural, whole food ingredients

  • unprocessed, unrefined

  • made from healthy sugar sources (fruit, honey, maple syrup, etc.)

  • as few ingredients as possible

  • homemade with love

Why would you want to try them?

  • my recipes will be easy and quick to do — if I can do them, so can you

  • you will feel good knowing you’re feeding your kids and family with yummy nutritious food

  • I’ll do all the work for you — you just need to follow

  • your kids and family will love my healthy snacks, I promise
