Meet The Make Believer

Born to dream and make believe

Since the time she was little, Lindsay has always loved stories. First falling in love with Alice in Wonderland and then The Wizard of Oz, there was no better way to spend time – than through make believe.

Born in Ottawa, Canada, Lindsay came from a family of storytellers. Her mother was an American writer known for prose and technique. Her father was a Quebec City author who specialized in new thinking. Together they taught her what they believed and encouraged her to go after her dreams.

After first year at Queen's University, Lindsay bought a one-way ticket to London, England. With only a suitcase and dream in hand, she began writing novels. Completely enchanted, she returned home to finish a degree in communications and post-graduate in writing – and then set sail for her real adventure.

Now based in Toronto, Lindsay’s portfolio includes the full array of new and traditional media. For over 10 years, she’s worked with some of North America’s largest brands and artists in entertainment, charity and the corporate world. Known for imagination, creativity and make believe, her work’s been recognized internationally and sold to audiences across Canada.

Lindsay brings a special touch to every project. By creating meaningful interactions in media and storytelling, she connects brands and audiences, minds and hearts. Every day, she works with clients with Angus & Co. and The Angus Library. Her latest book – Right Beside Grandma’s Tootsie Rolls – was released Spring 2017.
