S'Mores

These are sooo delicious. You've got to give them a try! Easy to make and made from all natural ingredients. GF DF V

Healthy baking at its finest 👇🏻

Soft & Chewy Cookies

  • 1 mashed banana

  • 1 cup oat or almond flour

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 tbsps coconut oil   

Mix all ingredients to form dough. Make 12 cookies, place on baking sheet. Bake at 180c for 12-15 minutes, cool.

Coconut Whip

  • 1 can coconut cream, refrigerated 12hrs

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Drain coconut liquid, empty cream into bowl. Mix on high with maple syrup until smooth. Place in fridge.

Roasted Bananas

  • 2 bananas, cut chunkys

  • 1 tsp coconut oil

In frying pan on medium heat, melt coconut oil. Sear banana chunks until golden, let cool.

PB Chocolate Spread

  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate

  • 1 tbsp organic PB

Place ingredients in dish, melt together (in microwave or double boiler). Stir, let cool.

And, voila! Assembly s'mores to your liking!
