Kids Party Table

Come up, up and away in our RAINBOW 🌈 birthday party table.

We weren't able to have a birthday party this year for Chet but still wanted to do something special for him. Making one of these was like having a Christmas tree in the middle of the room – and Chet LOVED every minute of it!

My FAVOURITE TIPS for making oneπŸ‘‡πŸ»

1. Think of an idea or theme – I picked rainbows and sparkles because Chet is obsessed with them
2. Research on Pinterest – I created my own board with all sorts of ideas that would help me put this together at home
3. Hit up Party City – this place is the best for ideas and decor, and you can literally travel the aisles with a huge cart to fill
4. Get a helper – thankfully my mom was here to help put this all together (just putting together the clouds took forever)
5. Use a backdrop and table runner – try to keep them light in colour and matching to give a clean look and make the decor pop
6. Use height and layers – find ways to elevate certain things on the table to give visual dimensions, allowing you to see everything
7. Play and have fun – the rest is up to you and don't be afraid to take things back if you don't use them

Stay tuned for my next post on party table decor – favourite things to decorate with.

Have you tried one of these at home? What's your favourite party decor?

Tell me below πŸ‘‡πŸ» I'd LOVE to know!
